Our activities within the Business Finland funded VIRPA D project focus on helping the corporate partners in their effort to develop data– and Internet of Things driven business models and business ecosystems for the real estate and facilities sector[1]. Within the project we have examined end users’ value perceptions in a business campus context and their views on using sensors to collect data from the property users.
